Gettin to bed early ... good or bad?

i was just pondering to maself and was asking if gettin to bed early is good or bad... hmm... kanba and i had this discussion abt most women hitingt the sack like as early as 11pm to 12am.... kanba claims that all men with spouse are so deprived coz they end up watching late night movies all by themselves wen their partners are snoring their lungs out!

Isnt it a healthy lifestyle to get to bed at 11pm as normal human beings head to bed at that time....i guess man lose their sleep and stay up late nights coz they are facing insomnia disease...to ma knowledge, hitting the sack early and having 8 hours of sleep is good habit to follow and it keeps the zest going on...

so is it good to sleep in the day or to follow the old schol books and have a 8 hours of sleep?

Hmm, Anyway i just took a fifteen mins nap.. before writing this comment.

What i am going to comment is what i know about sleep and napping.

Basically every human needs atleast 5-8hrs of sleep. I listen to my body always see how much of sleep i need. I feel super fresh having 5hrs of sleep at the same time i could have 8hrs sleep and wake up being lazy the whole day. Due to my odd shift work i cant adjust my sleeping pattern.

Lately scientist studied and believe that napping is good. Half and hour of nap helps a person to have a regular sleeping pattern.

What i suggest is, have a healthy life style and everything would be fine.

For some who cant get the regular sleeping pattern due to naggy wife should take three runny nose tabs (yellow tabs) and jump on to the couch.

hmm.. well said ma dear sugmad! for those dobs who cant sleep at night ... maybe wifeys out there should just overdose them!
